In the sixteenth week of my middle school life I learned that Signature Lives is a series in my section that I can put on my puzzles. The second thing I learned is that Heinemann Profiles is a series in my section. The third thing I learned is that An Impact Biography is a series in my section. The fourth thing I learned is that History's All-Stars is a series in my section. The fifth thing I learned is that Superstars of Film is a series in my section.
In the fifteenth week of my middle school life I learned that I can't add any pictures of that contains a person in my puzzle pieces. The second thing I learned is that Elizabeth Blackwell was a scientist. The third thing I learned is that Michael Faraday was a scientist. The fourth thing I learned is that Dian Fossey was a scientist. The fifth thing I learned is that to put some stars on my puzzle piece, to rate a book for the recommendation puzzle piece, I need to go to the tool that has shapes then Callouts.
In the fourteenth week of my middle school life I learned that in the Significant Author puzzle piece I need to arrange the author names in alphabetical order with their first name firsts. I didn't really learn that much this week so I'm going to tell you what I learned in the other classes because I am writing this in the next week, A.K.A Fifteenth Week. The "second" thing I learned is that in social studies class I have to prepare for a "court" case between Columbus, Columbus' Men, King Ferdinand and Queen Elizabeth, and the System of empire. The third thing I learned is that in math I learned how to solve for two step inequalities. The fourth thing I learned is that in math class I learned how to distribute inequalities with parentheses correctly, mostly. The fifth thing I learned is that in science class a distance time graph that has a straight line means it's at rest or not moving, both are correct. GO DOWN PLS I know Ms. Holleman will see this so: I know I'm not suppose to write about other classes but that week wasn't really the best so could I get a decent grade for trying? :)
In the thirteenth week of my middle school life I learned that I need to do 2 things for Ms. Holleman in the next 22 days of Nov 28. I need to do a puzzle thing and Christmas/Winter theme thing for the library. The second thing I learned is that the puzzle for book recommendation needs to include my picture, initials, book cover, and little recommendation for book. The third thing I learned is that the puzzles, other than the book recommendations, needs to have one big important thing. That's the words that goes on the puzzle, like how big it is and the title. The fourth thing I learned is that Ms. Holleman loves things that has to do with the Grinch. The fifth thing I learned is that a new student has joined the 7B media class as of Nov 29, 2017.
In the twelfth week of my middle school life I learned that when your are working on shelving and or fronting your section, do not bump your head on it because you might not have that section anymore. You might work on something that takes more time and is harder. The second thing I learned is that Mark Stewart is a significant author in my section. The third thing I learned is Milton Meltzer is also significant author in my section. The fourth thing I learned is that there are 6 copies of "A Child Called “IT”: One Child’s Courage to Survive" in my section. But 4 were published on 1955 and the other 2 were published on 1997.
In the eleventh week of my middle school life I learned that when I'm done with making RC ?s I need to return the book with my name in it to Ms. Holleman. The second thing I learned is that when Ms. Holleman asks you "what is your favorite superhero?", don't answer "I don't know" because if you do she won't let you leave the media center until you answer the question. The third thing I learned is that I need to make RC ?s for 5 graphic novels that doesn't have a RC test. You might think that's a-lot but if you read each graphic novel carefully you can ace it.
In the tenth week of my middle school life I learned that to make a Doc ?s for RC books you need to have a title and a caption. The second thing I learned is if I'm putting correct and incorrect answers for the RC ?s, I need to highlight the correct answer a color and the incorrect answer a different color. The third thing I learned is I need to have at-least 12-15 questions for the RC book. The fourth thing I learned is that the stuffed scarecrow thing in the media center has a new book in its hands. ( I forgot name of the book) The fifth thing I learned is that Adolfo's section is DAA-ELL. He was showing me some good books he might check out.
In the ninth week of my middle school life I learned that to write RC questions, you have to have "good" questions. Something that goes along with the plot. Like "Why is Captain America's shield that color?" Non-example is like "What color is Captain America's shield? The second thing I learned is that there is a white skull head on Ms. Holleman's desk. The third thing I learned is that that Skyia's section is LAA-LOW. She was telling people to not mess her section up.
In the eight week of my middle school life I learned how to calculate the slope of a line. You pick two points on the line and you find the difference between the x and y coordinates. Ex. (2,3) and (-3,4). You then put the rise above the run. Y=rise X=run Ex. 1/-5 The second thing I learned is how to clean dark marks of the eraser on a mechanical pencil. I just erase it on a white blank sheet of paper. The third thing I learned is what the Coriolis Effect is. It's the apparent curving of the path of winds and ocean currents due to the Earth's rotation. The fourth thing I learned is about "beginning with an open mind". The "Lead" teachers taught me this in the morning. The fifth thing I learned is about doldrums. Doldrums are calms areas located in the equator where warm air rises.
